Gynecomastia are excessively large male breasts. They can be reduced with surgery.
Considering the patient’s state we can perform the corrective surgery in three different ways which can be combined:
– Liposuction: sucking out excess fat and thereby reduce the size of the breasts;
– Cutting out glands: in men with pronounced mammary gland, it needs to be surgically removed which we do through a semicircular cut at the outer ring;
– Cutting out excess skin: in the case of drastic weight loss or greater reduction of the volume, excess skin can be left which needs to be surgically removed.
